Instructions for New Users of EZRosters.com/stl-cpop
We are using an online registration system. The process is straight-forward.
1) On your internet browser, go to www.ezrosters.com/stl-cpop
2) On the left side of the screen, select “Parents”.
3) Enter your email address and then select “Create Account”.
4) Read the instructions and select “Please click here to start the Registration Process”.
5) Follow the instructions presented.
6) Information regarding the information for each child:
· The name must match their CYC ID card (5th grade and older). If this is not the name that they go by, please enter a nickname.
· If they are attending PSR, please select the day of the week for their PSR class.
7) You will be brought to a screen on which to register the child for either for the current sport. (PreK baseball is categorized under baseball). Press “Register” and hit “OK”.
8) Read the information and select “Click here to finish the registration process”.
9) If you have additional children that you would like to register, select “Children” on the right side of the screen. Select “New” at the top middle of the screen (below “Family” “Parents”), and repeat the steps above.
If you want to change email address, add an email address for your spouse or change password, read the instructions below. Otherwise, you may log off the web site at this point.
Responsibilities: I understand that as a participant of this
program, I am required to assist in various capacities, e.g. uniform
distribution and collection, field maintenance, concession stand duty (head coaches
are exempt for the particular team that they coach). In addition, I will be responsible for the
care and prompt return of my child’s clean uniform. I further understand that I will be fined $50
for failing to meet my obligation and that my child will be suspended from
participation until the fine is paid.
10) Checks should be made payable to CPOP AA. You should receive an email on the cost and where to send the check.
No refunds one week after the close of registration unless your child is not placed on a team.

· Select “Parents”
· Select “Edit” on the appropriate parent, make the necessary changes, and select “Save”.
Note: Each parent has a separate email entry (and password) in case you want emails sent to both individuals.
Registration deadline
Registration after the deadline requires a $25 late
fee. The suggested maximum team size
will not be exceeded in order to place LATE registrant on teams. “Recruited” players due to team openings are
not subject to a late charge.
