Registration Instructions for EZRosters.com/stl-cpop

Registration after the deadline requires a $25 late fee. The suggested maximum team size will not be exceeded in order to place LATE registrant on teams. “Recruited” players due to team openings are not subject to a late charge.

No refunds one week after the close of registration unless your child is not placed on a team.

Responsibilities: I understand that as a participant of this program, I am required to assist in various capacities, e.g. uniform distribution and collection, field maintenance, concession stand duty (head coaches are exempt for the particular team that they coach). In addition, I will be responsible for the care and prompt return of my child’s clean uniform. I further understand that I will be fined $50 for failing to meet my obligation and that my child will be suspended from participation until the fine is paid.

For those who have previously registered online using EZRosters

· Go to www.ezrosters.com/stl-cpop

· Select “Parents” (left side of the screen).

· Enter your email address and password, and select “Login”.

· Select “Children”.

· Select “Registration Info” (for each child that you want to register).

· Select the proper sport and then select Register.

NOTE: Please review that parent phone number and email addresses are correct by selecting “Parent”.

NOTE: If you would like to add a child that is not already in the system, select “New” at the top middle of the screen (below “Family” “Parents”).

Forgot your Password:

Enter your email address and then select “Forgot Password”.

A password will be e-mailed to the email address that you entered. The password (CPOP-xxxx) is the whole phrase starting with CPOP-

E-mail Address Changed:

If you remember your password:

Enter you old email address and your password.

You can “Edit Family” and change your email address.

Follow the registration instructions above.

If you forgot your password:

Email the registration person for the current sport and let me know that your name and that your email address changed and that you forgot your password. I will change your email address and email you back.

For those who have NOT previously registered online using EZRosters

· Select “News” from the left side of the display, and then select the appropriate sport.

· Select “Instructions for First Time Users of EZROSTERS”
