baseball/softball – not entering kindergarten next year:
In regards to Pre-K, the majority of the players are kids that will be entering kindergarten NEXT year. However, you are more than welcome to sign up a child that will not be entering kindergarten next year. There are probably 5 to 10 kids that do this every year.
Placing a player
on a specific team:
Players are automatically put on the same team as they were in the previous years. On newly formed teams, teams are randomly selected per the Christ, Prince of Peace Athletic Association Constitution and per the West County Baseball /Softball Bylaws. These rules are in place so there is no "stacking" of teams. The only exception to this rule is that brothers / sisters in the same age group are automatically placed on the same team.
There is still a possibility that they will be able to play on the same team, but it will be random luck.
Not Receiving Your Emailed Password through
EZRosters system:
Make sure that you have waited long enough to receive the email. Several service providers queue their email
and scan it for viruses, … This process is typically within five
minutes, but can sometimes take over an hour.

If neither of these work, please email the person in charge of registration with your name
and email address and they will reset your password for you, and then email
back to you your new password. Emails
are only read a few times a week, so don’t expect an instant answer.
Not Receiving Emails through EZRosters system:
In general, your email might be getting filtered by your spam or junk email filter. Check your “Junk” or your “Spam” email directories to see if the email can be found. If it is found, right clicking on the email usually allows you to allow emails from this user (i.e. referred to as white listing”.
Hotmail accounts:
Some hotmail users notice that messages from EZRosters might go into their "Junk E-Mail" folder (folder listed on the left pain when viewing their messages). They can click on the Junk E-Mail folder and then click on the message to read. Once viewing the message, click on "This is not Junk" (in the header icons just above the message. From there they will be given an option to authorize all messages from EZRosters. If they click on the 2nd radio button all future messages will go directly to their inbox.

Registration Fees for a Registered Parishioner:
One Child: $85, Two Children: $130, Three or More Children: $175
Registration Fees for a Non-Registered Parishioner
One Child: $110, Two Children: $180, Three or More Children: $250

Responsibilities: I understand that as a participant of this program, I am required to assist in various capacities, e.g. uniform distribution and collection, field maintenance, concession stand duty (head coaches are exempt for the particular team that they coach). In addition, I will be responsible for the care and prompt return of my child’s clean uniform. I further understand that I will be fined $50 for failing to meet my obligation and that my child will be suspended from participation until the fine is paid.
Registration is not complete until Amy receives the fees. The fees are due by January 31st.
Concession
stand / work duty:

Concession stand / work duty buy out: This year we are offering a buyout of $35 per child for the baseball / softball season. If you would like to do this, please add this fee to your registration check.
Important Dates:
March 1st: You should start hearing from the coach of your team.
April 9th: Start of the season.
July 9th: The regular season is scheduled to end.
